Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led everything from instructional design and UX research to full-scale product launches and operational strategy. I love turning complex problems into clear, scalable systems that actually make people’s lives better.

I believe great products start with empathy, and I’ve spent my career designing experiences that truly serve people. I’m a human-first leader who thrives both as an individual contributor and as someone who builds and inspires teams.
